Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch to addresses across the European Union from our EU facility. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us first to check whether we can fulfil your order.

Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch the next business day.

Orders ship via a tracked EU courier network, with delivery typically taking two to four business days depending on destination country. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Prices shown at checkout include applicable EU VAT for your destination country, so there are no separate customs or import charges on arrival for orders shipped within the EU. VAT-registered institutional buyers ordering under the reverse-charge mechanism should contact us before ordering.

Every order is packed with cold-chain materials to protect product integrity in transit, inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging.

Standard tracked EU shipping is free on orders over €200; orders under that threshold are charged a flat tracked-courier rate shown at checkout, calculated by destination country.
