Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch to addresses across the European Union from our EU facility. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us first to check whether we can fulfil your order.

Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, dispatch the next business day.

Orders ship via a tracked EU courier network. Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout (see below) and the destination country. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Prices shown at checkout include applicable EU VAT for your destination country, so there are no separate customs or import charges on arrival for orders shipped within the EU. VAT-registered institutional buyers ordering under the reverse-charge mechanism should contact us before ordering.

Every order is packed with cold-chain materials to protect product integrity in transit, inside discreet, unbranded outer packaging.

You choose one of three tracked options at checkout, and the full total, shipping included, is shown before you pay:

• Standard tracked · 3–5 working days · €9, and free on orders from €150
• Express tracked · 1–3 working days · €23
• Next-day priority · order before 2pm CET · €100

Free standard shipping is judged on your order total after any volume pricing, before a discount code is applied. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates for tracked delivery within the EU.
