Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day dispatch the same day, packed with cold-chain materials in discreet, unbranded packaging and sent by tracked courier. Standard shipping is free on orders over €150.

Because this product requires cold-chain handling from the moment it leaves our facility, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once dispatched. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full.
